This Privacy Policy explains how 2360 Industrial LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the FuelLedger mobile application (“FuelLedger,” “the App,” or “the Service”).

1. Information You Enter in the App

FuelLedger allows users to voluntarily enter vehicle, fuel, and maintenance information for personal record keeping. This may include:

• Vehicle information, such as vehicle year, make, model, fuel type, nickname, tank size, and odometer readings;
• Fuel records, such as date, mileage, fuel volume, total cost, fuel station, and notes;
• Maintenance records, such as service type, date, mileage, cost, service provider, and notes;
• Reminder settings, such as service reminders based on mileage or date;
• App preferences, such as unit settings, currency display, and other local settings.

2. Local Storage

The information you enter in FuelLedger is stored locally on your device. We do not operate a cloud sync service for FuelLedger, and we do not receive, store, or process your vehicle, fuel, maintenance, or reminder records on our servers.

3. Data Collection

FuelLedger does not require users to create an account or log in. The current version of the App does not collect or transmit user-entered vehicle records to us.

The current version of FuelLedger does not include:

• Advertising SDKs;
• Analytics SDKs;
• Cloud sync services;
• User account systems;
• Third-party sign-in;
• Advertising identifier collection.

4. App Permissions

FuelLedger may request notification permission so that the App can show local maintenance reminders. These reminders are generated and managed on your device. We do not use notification permission to collect personal information.

FuelLedger does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, precise location, or phone call records for its core functionality.

5. Export and Backup

FuelLedger may allow users to export or import data, such as by creating a CSV backup file. Exporting is controlled by the user. If you choose to save, share, upload, or send an exported file through another app or third-party service, that third-party app or service may process the file according to its own privacy policy.

6. How We Use Information

Because FuelLedger stores user-entered app records locally on the user’s device and does not transmit those records to us, we do not use your vehicle, fuel, or maintenance records for advertising, analytics, profiling, or marketing purposes.

7. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your vehicle, fuel, or maintenance records with advertisers, analytics providers, or data brokers.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Your FuelLedger records remain stored on your device until you delete them, clear the App’s local data, or uninstall the App. The App may provide an option to clear local data. Deleting local data may be permanent and may not be recoverable unless you have separately created a backup.

Because FuelLedger does not require an account and does not store your app records on our servers, there is no server-side account deletion process for the current version of the App.

9. Security

We design FuelLedger to keep your records local to your device. However, no method of electronic storage is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and for safely managing any exported backup files.

10. Children’s Privacy

FuelLedger is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

11. Third-Party Services

The current version of FuelLedger does not use third-party advertising or analytics services. If future versions add cloud sync, analytics, advertising, crash reporting, payment, or other third-party services, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data Safety information will be updated accordingly.

12. Google Play Developer Program Compliance

We are committed to complying with applicable Google Play Developer Program Policies, including policies related to user data and privacy. The information provided in this Privacy Policy is intended to be consistent with the data practices disclosed for FuelLedger on Google Play.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we update it, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after an updated Privacy Policy is posted means that you acknowledge the updated policy.
